BEPS-Base Erosion Profit Shifting

The Organization for Economic Co- operation and Development, or (OECD), attending the G20 request has developed a framework that allows interested countries to establish measures to avoid the Base Erosion Profit Sharing, so that those countries working together develop international guidelines for that purpose, monitor and install such guidelines. First meeting will take place at Kyoto, Japan, on July 1st, 2016.
