On April 28, 2016, the Mexican President filed to the Senate two Bills; the first one consists in amendments of various provisions of the Constitution related with labor justice and, the second one, refers to amendments to the Federal Labor Law.

The first half of 2016 has concluded and it is a good opportunity to review the compliance of several formal obligations referred to in the Annual Reminder that we sent at the beginning of the year, aimed to, at the end of the year, companies are in compliance with such obligations and avoid possible contingencies, as well as to provide you certain information that allows to implement the corresponding actions, if such is the case.
