On August 24, the Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS) published in the Official Gazette of the Federation the official number 0952174000/0239 by which issued three criteria for the interpretation, for administrative purposes, of Article 101 of the Law of the Social Security; These criteria address the meaning of the following isolated thesis:

On April 28, 2016, the Mexican President filed to the Senate two Bills; the first one consists in amendments of various provisions of the Constitution related with labor justice and, the second one, refers to amendments to the Federal Labor Law.
